Place the soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, hoisin sauce,
sherry, vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and five
spice powder in a medium bowl
Stir to combine well.
Yield: 2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: This thick, rich sauce is reminiscent of a
BBQ sauce, but with the exotic additions of the Asian
ingredients
Try it on chicken wings (6 to 8 hours) or pork
spareribs (8 to 12 hours).
