ORANGE DILL FISH FILLETS
ORANGE DILL FISH FILLETS
Ingredients
1 pound firm fish fillets
like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
4 thin orange slices
Directions
Cut fish into serving-size pieces
Stir together the orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, parsley and dill weed
Add fish and turn to coat
Let stand 5 minutes. Rotate fish topped with an orange slice in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
Serve immediately.
