TART AND SKINNY GRAPEFRUIT FISH FILLETS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound firm fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cut fish into serving-size pieces
  2. Stir together the grapefruit juice, soy sauce and parsley
  3. Add fish and turn to coat
  4. Season fish to taste with salt and pepper. Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  5. Serve immediately.
