PICKLED JALAPENO FISH FILLETS
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno pepper juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 6 (4 ounce) firm fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine the lime juice, jalapeno pepper juice, oil, and honey in a shallow dish
  2. Add the fish fillets, turning to coat. Rotate the fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through
  3. Serve sprinkled with sliced pickled peppers and cilantro.
