BBQ FISH FILLETS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 (4 ounce) firm fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
Directions
  1. In a small skillet heat the oil over medium heat
  2. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 4 minutes or until softened
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce
  4. Let cool. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish fillets in a shallow dish
  5. Add the sauce, turning to coat
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  7. Rotate fish in Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
