Place lime juice, olive oil, Rum, brown sugar, soy sauce and
hot sauce in a medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Whisk in
spices, cilantro and ginger.
Yield: 1 cup
SUGGESTED USE: Marinate a pork tenderloin or pork loin ( 6
to 8 hours) for an extended period of time
If using chicken
(2 hours) or shrimp (1 hour), the time is much shorter
Chicken and seafood pick up the flavor much faster than the
denser texture of the pork.
