JALAPENO LIME SHARK
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound shark
  • 1 /4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped
Directions
  1. Cut shark into serving-size pieces and place in a shallow dish
  2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the shark, tossing to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes
  4. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
