CREOLE HALIBUT
CREOLE HALIBUT
Ingredients
3 tablespoons hot sauce
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Creole mustard (or Dijon)
6 (4 ounce) halibut steaks
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Cajun/Creole seasoning
Directions
Combine hot sauce, water and mustard in a shallow dish
Add halibut steaks, turning to coat
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and seasoning; toss well
Remove steaks from marinade and dredge in bread crumbs mixture
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
