CREOLE HALIBUT
  • Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard (or Dijon)
  • 6 (4 ounce) halibut steaks
  • 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun/Creole seasoning
Directions
  1. Combine hot sauce, water and mustard in a shallow dish
  2. Add halibut steaks, turning to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and seasoning; toss well
  4. Remove steaks from marinade and dredge in bread crumbs mixture
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
