SALMON WITH GINGER MOLASSES MARINADE
Ingredients
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/4 pound salmon fillet
Directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, molasses, olive oil and ginger
Cut salmon into 4 serving-size pieces and place in a shallow dish
Pour on the marinade
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
