SALMON WITH GINGER MOLASSES MARINADE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-1/4 pound salmon fillet
Directions
  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, molasses, olive oil and ginger
  2. Cut salmon into 4 serving-size pieces and place in a shallow dish
  3. Pour on the marinade
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
