BALSAMIC SALMON WITH MINT
  • Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1-1/4 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
Directions
  1. Stir together the vinegar, honey and oil in a small bowl
  2. Cut the salmon into four pieces and drizzle with the vinegar mixture
  3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes
  4. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through
  5. Sprinkle with mint to serve.
