LEAN AND ZESTY SWORDFISH STEAKS
  • Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place swordfish in a flat dish
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over fish turning to coat well
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  4. Serve immediately. Tip: Try cutting the swordfish into 1-inch pieces and then rotate on the metal skewers for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Remove fish from skewers to serve.
