GINGER LIME SWORDFISH
  • Ingredients
  • 2 (12 ounce) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
Directions
  1. Place swordfish in a shallow dish
  2. Combine lime juice, honey and ginger and pour over swordfish
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove swordfish from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  4. Meanwhile, pour marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil on top of the stove
  5. Simmer for 3 minutes
  6. Serve swordfish drizzled with boiled marinade.
