Squeeze spinach dry and
divide evenly into quarters
Spread one part on each piece of
fish
Sprinkle with Parmesan, then paprika and finally salt and
pepper to taste.
Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three
times to seal the foil packet
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket
for 15 minutes
Open packet and lift fish out onto plates; discard
juices.
