TUNA ADOBO
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Combine lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt and garlic in a shallow dish
  2. Add tuna, turning to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove tuna from marinade
  4. Brush with oil and sprinkle with pepper
  5. Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
