TUNA STEAKS CATALINA
Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced calorie French salad dressing
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
2 teaspoons minced lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 (12 ounce) tuna steaks (1-inch thick)
Directions
Combine dressing, green onions, lemon zest and pepper
Place tuna in a shallow dish and pour on the marinade
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove tuna from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
