TUNA STEAKS CATALINA
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie French salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons minced lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 (12 ounce) tuna steaks (1-inch thick)
Directions
  1. Combine dressing, green onions, lemon zest and pepper
  2. Place tuna in a shallow dish and pour on the marinade
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove tuna from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
