SHERRY GINGER TUNA STEAKS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions
  1. Place tuna in a shallow dish
  2. Combine the ginger, soy, sherry, lime juice, sugar, oil, cilantro and green onions and pour over tuna
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Remove tuna from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes.
