FISH WRAPS WITH LEEKS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup julienned leeks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Lay fish fillets on one sheet of aluminum foil
  2. Top with bits of butter, leeks, garlic, and parsley
  3. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes
  4. Open packet and serve.
