FISH WRAPS WITH FRESH HERBS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Lay fish fillets on one sheet of aluminum foil
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
  3. Sprinkle with dill, parsley, salt and pepper
  4. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes
  5. Open packet and serve.
