FISH WRAPS WITH SOY AND PICKLED GINGER
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 2 teaspoons Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons slivered pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Lay fish fillets on one sheet of aluminum foil
  2. Drizzle with sesame oil, soy sauce and lemon juice
  3. Sprinkle with ginger and chives
  4. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes
  5. Open packet and serve.
