FISH WRAPS WITH LEMON RANCH PRESSING
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) fish fillets
  • 2/3 cup fat-free ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Marinate fish fillets in ranch dressing and lemon juice in refrigerator for 1 hour
  2. Lay fish fillets and sauce on one sheet of aluminum foil
  3. Sprinkle with chives
  4. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes
  5. Open packet and serve.
