SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH SALSA FRESCA
  • Ingredients
  • 1 4-pound spaghetti squash
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh salsa
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
Directions
  1. Cut the squash in half lengthwise
  2. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft
  3. Cool slightly
  4. Using a fork, remove spaghetti-like strands, discard shells
  5. Place squash strands in a bowl. Heat salsa in a small saucepan until bubbly
  6. Stir in cilantro. Serve over squash topped with feta cheese
