Trim the stems from the mushrooms and using a spoon, scrape
out the dark brown gills on the underside of the mushrooms.
Stir together the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, dry
sherry and pepper
Add the mushrooms and turn to coat
Let
stand for 30 to 60 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from marinade and place in the Flat
Standard Basket
Rotate for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are
tender
