Cut each apple in half lengthwise and remove the core
You may
peel the apple or not
Lay the apples, cut side up, on one sheet of
foil
Drizzle with lemon juice
Divide the jam evenly between
the apples, spreading it on the cut surface
Sprinkle with dried
apricots and walnuts
Top with second sheet of foil and fold
edges over three times to seal the foil packet.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 30 minutes or until apples
are tender
