LIGHT & LUSCIOUS MAPLE PEARS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 large Anjou or Bosc pears
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Peel the pears, cut in half lengthwise and core
  2. Lay pears on one sheet of foil and drizzle with maple syrup
  3. Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  4. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 30 minutes or until pears are tender
  5. Open packet and serve sprinkled with toasted nuts.
