BATTER
  • Ingredients
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 egg whites
Directions
  1. Mix together egg yolks, flour, salt and baking powder
  2. Set aside
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  4. Just before ready to use fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
