Madeira in a medium bowl
Slowly whisk in the oil
Stir in
the garlic, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper.

SUGGESTED USE: The liqueur provides an intense orange
flavor to this special marinade
Use it to soak a whole
chicken or duck (8 to 10 hours) or a turkey breast (8 hours)
or boneless chicken breasts (2 hours).
