Score steak on both sides with a meat tenderizer.
Spread one side of steak with mustard
Combine bread,
onion, celery, butter and seasonings for stuffing and
spread over steak.
Roll like a jellyroll and fasten meat with skewers or
toothpicks
Lace with string
Balance meat on spit,
insert holding forks
Attach spit and turn on motor.
Baste with garlic dressing
Roast over medium coals
about 35 minutes or till done, basting frequently with
garlic dressing
