PICO DE GALLO SAUCE
PICO DE GALLO SAUCE
Ingredients
3 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 large red, ripe unpeeled tomato, coarsely chopped
1 medium white onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 /2 cup)
2 garlic cloves, minced
112 teaspoon salt
1 /2 teaspoon pequin or caribe (or to taste)
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and allow to marinate and develop natural juices for at least 1 hour before serving.
