RED SALMON SOUP
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cans of red salmon
  • 2 tablespoon of margarine or butter
  • 2 quarts of milk
  • black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Heat milk in a heavy pot being careful not to scald. Mash salmon and add to heated milk
  2. Add pepper to taste
  3. Serve with dry toast or crackers.
