Hoisin Garlic Marinade
Hoisin Garlic Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1 /2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey in a medium bowl
Whisk in the oil
Stir in the green onions, garlic and salt. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This thick rich marinade is a perfect match for lamb
Try it on a boneless leg of lamb (4 to 8 hours) or lamb kabobs (4 hours)
It is also good on pork tenderloin (3 to 4 hours).
