HOT CHILE POTATO SALAD
  • Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 red potatoes
  • 1 /2 cup each finely chopped chilies, carrots,
  • onions, pickles, and celery
  • salt and butter or margarine, to taste
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions
  1. Boil and dice potatoes
  2. Season with butter or mar- garine and salt to taste
  3. Add the rest of the vegetables
  4. Stir in vinegar and add chopped eggs
  5. Serve warm.
