Cook
over medium high, stirring constantly, until concentrate
dissolves
Add mirin, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic and
red pepper flakes
Boil until mixture is reduced to 1-1/3
cups, about 15 minutes.
Yield: 1-1/3 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Remove part of this marinade and set
aside to use as a dipping sauce
It serves double duty
Try
this marinade on shrimp (1 hour), or scallops (1 hour) or
salmon (1 hour).
