Cut peel and remove all white membrane from oranges
and grapefruit; lift out sections
Coarsely chop fruit.
Also peel, core, and chop 2 medium-size tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix oranges, grapefruit, tomatoes, lime and
orange juice, cilantro, and sugar.
Season to taste with salt
If made ahead, cover and
refrigerate until next day
This tangy mixture goes well
with grilled fish or poultry
