Grapefruit Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 /2 cup dry Sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Place grapefruit juice, Sherry, sesame oil, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine. Yield: 2-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: The grapefruit juice actually heightens the flavor of the fish it marinates
  3. Try mahi mahi, swordfish, tuna or red snapper fillets (2 to 4 hours).
